We've Been Ditched!

You read it right folks... we've been ditched! Maja & I had a play date with our friends Stephanie & Christine (and of course, Molly Brown the dog aka Christine's BFF - best friend forever) this coming Monday and we just found out that they are backing out of our play date! Can you believe it?!? Apparently something better came along! Something better in the form of a little early arrival for them! Stephanie was scheduled to have a c-section on March 10th but went into labour late last night / early this morning, so they had the c-section today instead. This morning around 7:30am (not sure of the exact time) little Dashiell Carter was born weighing 7lbs 12oz (pint size compared to Christine who weighed in at 9lbs 5oz) and stretching 19.5 inches tall!

I suppose Maja & I don't mind getting ditched for little Dashiell - especially seeing as he could be her future husband and my future son-in-law! :) Congrats to Stephanie, Ben, Christine, Molly and of course little Dashiell! We can't wait to meet him! As soon as I have a photo, I'll be sure to pass it along!
