I'm a Poet and Didn't Know It...

Last night while I was up from 2:00am to 7:30am with our sweet little Maja, I made up a poem and I thought I'd share it with all of you so you would get a little taste of what our family's night was like. Sung to the tune of "One, two, buckle my shoe"...

One, two I'm gonna vomit on you...
Three, four, there's some more...
Five, six, soup/pizza mix...
Seven, eight I'm done, nope wait...
Nine, ten you need to change me again!

Yep, last night poor little Maja was up with what we think is the flu. She had such a rough night and is so dehydrated (she wouldn't take any significant amount of juice) that she's still sleeping right now. And I'm sure you all understand why I don't have any pictures for you from last night (and are also relieved...).

And a huge thank you to Marvin for helping out with last night... holding his sick little daughter, helping change Maja's pjs for the 11th+ time, running downstairs to get the thermometer, fetching another pair of pjs for me and being so calm throughout. All this knowing that he had to go to work in the morning (with what turned out to be less than 3 hours of sleep). I love you baby - hope you're doing ok this morning.
