Thank Goodness for Good Friends, Grandparents and Aunties/Tetas!

Just a quick blog to say Thank You to all of you who have either called me, emailed me or posted comments on the blog to let me know that I'm not alone and that things will indeed get better! It means a lot to know that people are worried about whether or not I've gone crazy! :)

I'd also like to say Thank You to Maja's wonderful grandparents! It is great to have "back-ups" on standby for when I need a bit of a break or when Marvin and I need to get out to catch a Raptors game and need a babysitter. It's also great to watch them with Maja... they are instantly brought back to 30+ years ago when they were parents last and it's wonderful to watch them! It gives me a whole new look at them as parents!

And of course I need to say Thank You to Maja's Teta and Auntie. Linda you're always so great with her when you stop by but especially on Fridays! It's such a nice tradition to start with you guys! And to my sister, Sandra... thanks for always chatting with me, listening to me cry and for giving me your advice (yes, I do like hearing your thoughts on things)! I can't wait for Maja to get a bit older so she can grow up and play with her cousins!

And just a quick note to praise Maja for last night and this morning... she slept 4 hours then fed, then slept another 5 hours before getting up to feed again this morning. After we changed her into a new outfit (nothing like explosive pooh first thing in the morning to wake me up!) she went down for a nap that lasted almost 2 hours! :) I'm almost giddy with sleep! :) :)

Unfortunately, no new photos to share right now but stay tuned later today or tomorrow. This morning Maja and I are headed to Alina and David's place for a rendez-vous with them along with Tracy and Gabriel. I'll be sure to take some pictures so you can see how they're all growing up!
